We live and breathe processes. We quickly analyse processes and help clients discover how the same or better objectives and obligations may be met with a lesser cost base. We do not simply report we also support implementation as well.

We are unique in our field because we:

• Do not use unnecessary jargon
• Although we use Lean and Six Sigma tools we are not constrained by either programme
• We do not have junior consultants; we all have vast experience of industry and cultures
• We are not driven by utilisation; we are only spend time with clients when they need us

Where possible we also make the programme fun, yes fun! This is a great technique to get lasting change. People like to do fun things.

You call us and we have a chat about your concerns and issues. If it is worthwhile we get together for a meeting to find out more about each other. If you would like a proposal, we will write one. You read the proposal and request any changes you may like. If you like the final proposal we work together, if not, we don’t.
